A. Yes it is. From 2016 to 2022 James was forced to overseas to seek foreign asylum in Finland. James almost had asylum then Russia attacked Ukraine. Europe including Finland, flooded with asylum seekers. James was returned to the United States in hopes that the F.B.I. will take appropriate action against corrupt Western Kentucky officials. Q. Is it true that after being returned to the United States James ran for Sheriff to fight the corruption that caused him to leave the country?

A. Yes it is. The result, James was charged not paying for the meth around his children and was put before 12 of his peers. James was forbidden from telling the truth the whole truth so help him God. Q. Is James currently in jail?

A. At the time of this writing, July 27, 2026, he is on home arrest (AKA Kentucky Anklet). However, due to the corrupt nature of Western Kentucky, if you are reading this after the 27th, it’s possible that he’s in jail.

Q. Aren’t people allowed to work when on home incarceration? Why is his electrical business on hold?

A. Without wiring 1200Amp switch gears, … bigger jobs, there isn’t enough income to cover the cost of General Liability Insurance, and other operational cost. Electrical Contractors that work in high voltage are not allowed to wear jewelry such as a necklace the Kentucky Anklet … Also, James can’t use a climbing spike, wear his waterproof boots, protective calorie suit or other protective gear with the Kentucky Anklet on. All we can do is sue for lost income and hope for the best.

NFPA 70E Section 130.6(D), and other new standards: workers are strictly prohibited from wearing conductive jewelry and clothing. In an arc flash, metal absorbs radiant heat instantly. Resulting in molten metal on the flesh.
