About Us

The old CPS building in Paducah, Kentucky

I’m currently working with the owner of the electrical company involved with this disaster. The owner has other businesses that appear to take pride in their work. I’m withholding the name of the owner before I write a blog about Electrical Work in Kentucky. Will the owner be hailed for working together to bring chaos to order or is he a creator of chaos?

Equipment Coal Mines

Above: His employee, was high!

I had a company in Kentucky that wanted me to step in and be their Master Electrician. They had a pot-head there smoking on the job and had been “wiring” for a month.

Below: It could have been the on-the-job-pot-head or could have been another guy that they were using that was also failing to wire things up correctly.

The company that had unqualified persons installing these receptacles claimed that lights in bedrooms… don’t need arc-fault protection…
They are wrong and hard to bid against.

Below: Multiple wires on the same breaker. The pot-head didn’t do that. However, the pot-head didn’t remove the double wires before he traced out and “mapped” the circuits.

Computer Fire Alarm Systems

Below: I mapped the receptacles as labeled and found circuits with 20+ receptacles one circuit with roughly 30. Many of the circuits in the building are Multi-wired-Branch circuits, meaning there are multiple hots sharing a neutral. It took me many hours of tracing, mapping, and engineering for me to figure out the best way to re-route, divide up circuits,… in order to minimize the number of arc-fault breakers, wiring,…. A battle plan was needed and a battle plan was devised. Note all the 32s are some of the ones on the same circuit!

Many hours were spent to devise a battle plan.

Quick response and priced appropriately:

“My grandson’s pipe froze at his well.  I accidentally nicked a wire while fixing his plumbing. I called Electric Expert and within an hour they arrived and 5 minutes later, the repair was finished and the service call was cheap. “
